All Means All
AS THE BODY OF CHRIST, WE WELCOME ALL OF GOD’S CHILDREN, KNOWING THAT EACH IS CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD. WE WELCOME PEOPLE OF ALL GENDER IDENTITIES, SEXUAL ORIENTATIONS, AGES, RACES, ETHNICITIES, FAMILY CONFIGURATIONS, AND PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPABILITIES TO JOIN US IN FULL PARTICIPATION AS WE COME TOGETHER TO WORSHIP GOD AND THEN GO OUT TO SHARE GOD’S LOVE IN THE WORLD AROUND US.
Worship Services
We gather at 10:30 am on Sundays in our historic sanctuary to experience the transcendence and majesty of God. Our service includes the best of traditional worship. Our worship is rooted in weekly reading of scriptures based on the Revised Common Lectionary which means we read the same scripture texts millions of other Christians around the world on any given Sunday

Parking is available for free during Sunday worship on the north side of the church. You can easily enter the church without climbing steps. The church is handicap accessible. Map

Fellowship
After worship join us for a time of fellowship in Kenyon Hall (west of the sanctuary). Coffee, juice and goodies are served. Stopping by will give us a great opportunity to meet one another.
Reconciling congregation
At First Church we believe that everyone has value. That is why we are a member of the Reconciling Ministries Network. We are proud that we join other United Methodist congregations who welcome people of all sexual orientations and gender identities to transform our church and the world into the full expression of Christ’s inclusive love.
We look forward to seeing you this Sunday.
